The Vordere Troppelgraben is a brook in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen .

course

The stream rises northwest of Tiefenbach at an altitude of 466  m above sea level. NHN . First, it flows in an easterly direction along the northern edge of the Hahnhau forest , then flows through the Troppel forest, which gives it its name , crosses under the tracks of the Treuchtlingen – Nuremberg railway line and finally ends after a run of almost four kilometers at a height of 381  m above sea level. NHN north of Ellingen within a golf course near the Zollmühle in the Swabian Rezat .

The Hintere Troppelgraben , the Ottmarsfelder Graben and the Walkershöfer Weihergraben also flow into the Swabian Rezat nearby .
