The Wünschbach rises in the Odenwald at an altitude of about 370  m above sea level. NN in a meadow. It initially flows in a north-westerly direction through grassland along the northern slope of the Lattersberg and finally flows into Reichelsheim - Ober-Kainsbach at an altitude of about 220  m above sea level. NN at the corner of Talstrasse / Wünschbacher Strasse in the Kainsbach .
