Vadim Valerjewitsch Ulischow ( Russian Вадим Валерьевич Улижов ; * December 18, 1977 ) is a Russian athlete in long-distance and marathon running and summer biathlete in the cross-country discipline .

Wadim Ulischow from Murmansk won the silver medal in the mass start race at the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2008 in Bansko behind his compatriot Alexander Katschanowski . A year later he achieved good results again at the European Championships in Nové Město na Moravě . In the sprint he finished seventh, in the pursuit he was able to improve to fifth place. He then took part in the 2009 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof , where he was 13th in the sprint and finished eighth in the pursuit race. In 2009 he became Russian champion in the biathlon cross over 4 km. His biathlon trainer is former world champion Pyotr Miloradow .

In January 2009 Ulischow won the Christmas half marathon in Omsk, as in 2008, and shortly afterwards in Saint Petersburg over the double distance in 2:26:21 hours. Again victorious, for the fourth year in a row, he was in St. Petersburg in 2010 when he covered the distance in 2:33:02 hours. In 2008 it took 2.28.33 hours. He received the Master of Sport award for his achievements in athletics.
