The constituency of Chemnitz, Land II - Stollberg II was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 64.

The constituency comprised parts of the districts of Chemnitz-Land and Stollberg : Adorf / Erzgeb. , Auerbach , Burkhardtsdorf , Dittersdorf , Einsiedel , Euba , Gornsdorf , Grüna , Hormersdorf , Jahnsdorf , Kemtau , Klaffenbach , Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain , Meinersdorf , Mittelbach , Neukirchen / Erzgeb. , and Thalheim / Erzgeb.

For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of ​​the constituency of Chemnitz, Land II - Stollberg II was divided into 2 constituencies in 1994. While almost the entire area of ​​the constituency became part of the Stollberg constituency , the Mittelbach community moved to the Chemnitzer Land 2 constituency . The previously independent municipality of Euba was incorporated into Chemnitz at the beginning of 1994 and now belonged to one of the four constituencies of the city of Chemnitz.
