Waldemar Dras
Waldemar Dras (born March 10, 1955 in Lublin , † July 20, 1994 there ) was a Polish poet.
Life
He was born in a rural and rural environment and studied philosophy at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 1980 he completed his studies. Dras was one of those people who did not shy away from any activity, among other things he worked as a cashier, postman, acoustician, actor, laboratory technician and accountant in a Lublin hospital. He made his debut at the Kamena in 1973 . In 1990 he was the editorial secretary of the Lubliner Zeitung, later also in other editorial offices. His texts were u. a. published in Akcent , Nowy Wyraz , Literatura , Tygodnik Kulturalny and Życie Literackie .
Waldemar Dras died on July 20, 1994 in Lublin after a long and serious illness.
His texts were published in German in the Ostragehege (magazine) / Dresden No. 4, in "koepfchen" and on portal poles in the adaptation of Dieter Kalka .
