Walking Tall: The Payback is an American action film from 2007. It is the first sequel to Walking Tall and was produced directly for the video and DVD market. Andrew Stevens was executive producer . That same year, another sequel called Walking Tall: Lone Justice was produced.

Nick Prescott ( Kevin Sorbo ) returns to his hometown after completing his military service and finds that nothing is as it once was. His old buddy is terrorizing the small town with his helpers. When his father is brutally murdered during an operation, he swears revenge. Nick sets out to stop the work and gets into a guerrilla war.
