Andrew Stevens (born June 10, 1955 in Memphis , Tennessee ) is an American film producer , actor and director . He is the son of actress Stella Stevens .

Life

Stevens is primarily involved in B-movies , both as a director, producer and actor. He worked with actors like Michael Dudikoff , Dolph Lundgren and Steven Seagal . He frequently produced films for director Fred Olen Ray .

In his career as a producer he has made over 100 films. His own company, the Stevens Entertainment Group, has been active since 2003 and has produced numerous films with, among others, Steven Seagal and Wesley Snipes .

Between 1997 and 2002, Stevens was the chairman of Franchise Pictures , which worked with Warner Bros. to bring out such films as No Halves.

From 1978 to 1980 he was married to actress Kate Jackson . He later married Robyn Stevens and they have three children together.
