Reviews
The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was "a very entertaining mixture of thriller, romantic comedy and slapstick".
Yahoo's television website described the film as "an entertaining mix of romance and crime comedy." Some "quite funny and charming ideas" would make up for the predictability of the plot. Sylvester Stallone is a miscast in a romantic comedy. The chemistry between Stallone and Madeleine Stowe is wrong.
Scott Weinberg wrote on Efilmcritic.com that Sylvester Stallone deserves better than this film. The plot swings "lazily" from the "tiring" crime film to the "stupid" action film. It gives neither a clear sense nor logic. Weinberg praised the portrayal of Sylvester Stallone, who seemed "relaxed".
