The Waller Feldmarksee is a quarry pond in the district of In den Wischen, part of the Bremen district of Gröpelingen , which is used as a bathing lake . The lake is also used by windsurfers ; there is a slip option for them . Furthermore, the sport fishermen of a club use the lake. The lake, which is close to the A 27 and within sight of the garbage dump , was excavated in 1972/73 in the course of the construction of the motorway and then converted into a swimming lake as one of four sand extraction points for the construction of the motorway.

The lake is fed by groundwater that is slightly salty due to the influence of the Lilienthal salt dome. The water quality is eutrophic .

There is a narrow sandy beach on the northwestern shore of the lake. The bathing area is monitored by a DLRG station. Outside of the bathing area, the bank is partly natural with trees and partly paved.
