Wanna Buakaew (Thai: วร ร ณา บัว แก้ว; born January 2, 1981 in Sa Kaeo ) is a Thai national volleyball player .

Career

Buakaew played for various clubs in her home country. Libera took part in the Volleyball World Grand Prix several times with the Thai national team. She won several Asian titles. She was also awarded the White Elephant Order for her successes . Her first stop abroad was the Italian club Johnson Matthey Spezzano in Fiorano Modenese . To date, Buakaew is the only Thai player in Europe. Later she played in Azerbaijan with Igtisadchi Baku . With the national competitor Azerrail Baku she took part in the Champions League in the 2015/16 season . There she met the German Bundesliga club Allianz MTV Stuttgart , who then signed her.
