Warschilo ( Bulgarian Вършило , dt. Mill) is a Bulgarian village in the municipality of Sozopol , province of Burgas . The village is located in the middle of the Strandscha Mountains. The village is located about 55 km west of the Sozopol community center and about 30 km southwest of the city of Burgas . There is no direct road connection to the Sozopol community center. Until 1934 the village was called Kar Charman (Bulgarian Кър харман, German from the Turkish street mill) , until 1951 Charman (Bulgarian Харман, German mill).

In the area around the village, the Indsche Wojwoda reservoir is being built. There are also the remains of a late antique Thracian-Roman fortress.
