Gabar ( Bulgarian Габър ) is a Bulgarian village in the municipality of Sozopol , Burgas Province . The village is located in the middle of the Strandscha Mountains. The village is located about 50 km west of the Sozopol community center and about 30 km southwest of the city of Burgas . There is no direct road connection to the Sozopol community center. Until 1934 the village was called Dschemeren (Bulgarian Джемерен).
