The Allgäu overland plant operates a total of eight hydropower plants , which have a total output of 14,584 kW . The Felsenwehr hydropower plant in the south of Kempten is only under contract with the Allgäu overland plant.

Füssener Strasse power plant, Kempten
The power plant below Füssener Strasse in Kempten was built in 1926 and after the renovation was completed in 2011 it will generate 850 kW. It is located near Rosenau and across from the power station on Keselstrasse.
