Waiting away. A literary magazine for individuals , is a 1961 Walter Lobenstein in Hannover , founded and from the same year published literary magazine . The magazine sees itself as a further development of the Wegwarten magazine published by the writer Rainer Maria Rilke in Prague in 1896 in just three issues . Songs given to the people . Unlike the role model, which also "[...] did not collect a business-like magazine [...] but rather subtle, real poetry for more intimate circles ", the Wegwarten also offer short prose , essays ,Aphorisms or excerpts from novels . In addition, Lobenstein's Wegwarten also contain artistic drawings , woodcuts and linocuts as well as graphics and photographs. For example, the front pages of the booklets, which were published in the 49th year with the 181st edition at the beginning of 2009, had until then been decorated with linocut prints exclusively by Fritz Möser .
