But this year, company manager Harald Hansecker suddenly canceled the celebration and entrusted Christa with the creation of a presentation folder that he wanted to present to the Frankfurt company N&G after they had announced their willingness to invest in the traditional company.

Shortly after the first meeting, rumors were circulating about a planned sale of the company, which Hansecker denied. He doesn't tell Christa the whole truth either and since she is in love with her boss, she believes him unconditionally. When the colleagues become increasingly restless and fear for their jobs, Christa manages to calm the workforce. Accountant Niko Laiken, on the other hand, quickly saw through that his boss is secretly trying to sell the factory and wants to fulfill his dream of sailing around the world as a wealthy private individual.

criticism

Tilmann P. Gangloff from tittelbach.tv said: “In 'Christmas in September' every potty gets its lid; some side strands are neatly told, the cast is appealing - but Gies' sloppy direction and the fact that this Degeto blend is an NDR production make for a very stale aftertaste! "
