Saskia Vester
Saskia Vester (born July 24, 1959 in Saarbrücken , Saarland ) is a German actress .
Life
Saskia Vester is the daughter of the biochemist and environmental expert Frederic Vester and the sister of the actress Madeleine Vester . Up to the age of 6 the family lived in Saarbrücken- Burbach near the Burbacher Hütte and then moved to Munich.
After completing her training at the New Munich Drama School , Vester has played theater since 1981, among others at the municipal theaters of Augsburg and Nuremberg , at the Ingolstadt Theater , in the Kampnagelfabrik Hamburg as well as at Theater 44 and at the Komödie im Bayerischer Hof in Munich. At the same time (and exclusively since 2000) she has appeared in numerous cinema and TV films as well as in television series . In 1985 Vester published her novel Pols Reise . In Herbert and Schnipsi she appeared as Berta, Willi's wife.
Saskia Vester lives with her husband, the television producer Robbie Flörke, and two children together in Munich .
