Isabella is now starting her new job as 'Isi Meier' on the assembly line in the production hall. She befriends her colleague Alex Singer and hears the workers' hardships up close when she realizes that Tarik Özgür's temporary contract will not be extended - although his wife is expecting a child. While assembling cars, she met the development engineer Sebastian Duxner. She falls in love with him and hides her true identity from him. She is finally loved not just for her money but for herself. When Isabella learns that her father's company is on the verge of bankruptcy and a takeover by a large corporation, good advice is expensive. A new type of hybrid engine developed by Sebastian could be the solution. However, there are a few people in the company who should prevent the company from getting back on its feet. Now Isabella can finally prove to her father that she is talented enough to assert herself. She transfers the lead engineer Dr. Steinfurt der sabotage - the future of Meinhardt-Werke is saved. In the end, Alex Singer gets the special leave for her son and Tarik Özgür a permanent contract. Isabella is promoted to the board.
Locations
Many of the scenes in the film were shot in production hall Y of the Ford factory in Cologne-Niehl .
