criticism

"(TV) family and homeland film with dramatic peaks that is once again about tradition, betrayal, intrigue and love."

- Lexicon of the international film about The Schwarzwaldhof

“All the standards of action to be expected in a family series, which is situated in the field of tension between private and business issues, are presented in the loose TV feel-good series in a mixture of“ Girl Friends ”and“ These Drombuschs ”. The conflicts are predictably piling up [...] It is sympathetic [...] how the topics of illness, age, family and company solidarity are incorporated into the entertainment format. Holding together [...] the series [...] is Saskia Vester's convincing way of playing everyday life. "
