Miriam Morgenstern (born May 20, 1987 in Graefelfing ) is a German actress , voice actress and singer .

Live and act

Miriam Morgenstern first appeared in the crime series Das Duo at the age of 14 . In 2004 she made her film debut in Marco Kreuzpaintner's Sommersturm and was nominated for her role for the Undine Award 2005 for best film debutante. She then appeared in numerous television films, including alongside Jan Josef Liefers in Night Shift - The Outbreak , Uwe Ochsenknecht in the comedy The Best Teacher in the World and Ulrike Kriener in Commissioner Lucas - The Interrogation . In seven episodes of the popular ARD series Das Traumhotel (2004–2008) she reached an audience of millions as Leonie Winter. She also became known in the role of the hotelier's daughter Merle Hofer in the ARD series Der Schwarzwaldhof (2008-2010).

In 2011 Miriam Morgenstern began her acting studies at the Zurich University of the Arts , which she graduated with a Master of Arts in 2016. In 2013 she won a competition from the Armin Ziegler Foundation, and in 2014 she received a scholarship from the Hirschmann Foundation. After her studies, she was accepted into the ensemble of the Mainfranken Theater in Würzburg .

In addition to acting, Miriam Morgenstern is increasingly devoting herself to music, especially jazz, and founded the jazz band Malytka in 2010.
