Rainer Piwek

Rainer Piwek (* 1965 in Bonn ) is a German actor .

Life

Piwek studied acting at the Bern University of the Arts from 1988 to 1992 . His first engagement at the theater in Konstanz followed in 1993, and for the next three years he worked at the Hanover Theater . Piwek has been a freelance actor and musician since 1996. He gives guest performances with his own projects at the Thalia Theater and the Graz State Opera, among others . Piwek is one of the founding members of the acapella group Jacqueline Kroll and the trio Der 4. König . Since 2003 Rainer Piwek has appeared in various film and television productions.

Musician

Piwek is also active as a musician (guitar, bass, vocals). During the Leverkusener Jazztage 2006 he took over the rhythm guitar and the vocals in the concert müller of the guitarist Lothar Müller, alongside the drummer Albrecht Husen . In addition to the guitar, he has mastered two other instruments, the double bass and the electric bass.
