Life

Werner Beiter learned the trade of toolmaker. He was a master toolmaker and designer. His many innovations in the field of microplastics soon earned him recognition.

Werner Beiter founded a design office for plastic parts and injection molding tools in Schwenningen am Neckar in 1968 . A second company emerged from this design office. Initially, small precision injection- molded parts were produced on an injection molding machine , which at the time were considered impossible to produce, for example gear wheels with a module of m <0.2 mm.

Furthermore, small parts for the photo industry were developed and produced. This second company expanded so much that the design office no longer worked for external companies, but only for the development and production of the Beiter company.

The move to a larger production building in Schwenningen in 1972 became necessary due to the expansion of the product range . At this point in time, the development, design and manufacture of injection molding tools is already taking place in the company's own tool shop for drives for vertical blinds, precision engineering, clock technology, electrical engineering, electronics and medical technology, as well as the production of the corresponding plastic parts.

In 1979 the company moved to a newly built production hall in Dauchingen . The Werner Beiter company now had ten employees.

In the 1980s, the product range in medical technology was expanded (e.g. implants : bone plates and bone screws made of absorbable plastics that can be absorbed by the human body). In addition, medical plastic parts for laparoscopy , endoscopy and arthroscopy were developed and produced.

Archery

In 1985, the first research, developments, constructions in the field of archery and subsequently the production of small parts made: at first the nock point and the cam , both have been patented worldwide and are recognized worldwide to date. The archery range of accessories has been steadily expanded and now includes clicker , disc nails , plunger , visor tunnel , bracer , Scope , stabilizers and tool.

Many of Werner Beiter's developments were based on recordings with a high-speed camera , usually with 6000 to 8000 frames per second. The first commercially published high-speed archery recordings were made by Werner Beiter.

Beiter archery accessories are sold and used in over 90 countries around the world.
