Harry Werner Storz (born March 3, 1904 in Halle (Saale) , † August 13, 1982 in Hamburg ) was a German sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he was fifth in the 400-meter run . In the 4 x 400 meter relay , he won the silver medal with the German team (with Otto Neumann , Storz, Richard Krebs and Hermann Engelhard ).

Harry Werner Storz was 1.75 m tall and weighed 68 kg during his active time. He started for VfL Halle in 1896 . In 1930 he received his doctorate at the newspaper Science Institute of the University of Leipzig Dr. phil. From 1952 to 1965 he worked in the sports department of the Hamburger Abendblatt .
