Werner Zuch (born June 2, 1911 in Salem, Suriname , † July 3, 1992 in Lauchhammer ) was a German deacon.

Life

Zuch became a baker and began training as a deacon in 1934 in the Brothers House of the Protestant Foundation in Neinstedt . Due to his conscription to the army (Wehrmacht) and participation in the Second World War , he was only able to complete his training in August 1947. On September 1, 1947, he found a job as a parish deacon with the Rostock Luther parish . The pastor there was Friedrich Erdmann, the former chairman of the Mecklenburg Trumpet Association. In the reconstruction of the Mecklenburg trombone work, Zuch was given the post of state trombonist on a trial basis (without a contract) on September 10, 1947 . Not up to this task, he was dismissed from office on February 28, 1949. Zuch took over a job as a nurse in a Rostock clinic. In June 1950 he founded the Luther Congregation's Trumpet Choir . After he later left Rostock, he was parish deacon, nurse and home manager in various places. At the age of 81 he died in Niederlausitz .
