Carl Clemens Ludwig Werner von Doetinchem de Rande (born August 27, 1860 in Stolberg (Harz) , † December 9, 1918 in Halle (Saale) ) was a royal Prussian district administrator .

Life

He came from a family originally resident in the city of Doetinchem in Gelderland and was the son of the royal Prussian district administrator Ludwig von Doetinchem de Rande (1826–1899) and Minna Lüttich (1830–1919). Doetinchem studied law and was awarded a Dr. jur. PhD .

In 1895 he succeeded his father in office in Sangerhausen. As district administrator of the Prussian district of Sangerhausen in the administrative district of Merseburg (province of Saxony) he worked until his untimely death in 1918. His brother Ludwig von Doetinchem de Rande (1864–1941) was from 1900 royal Prussian district administrator in the district of Ilfeld in the province of Hanover .
