The compilation contains all songs from the previously published EPs Slay Tracks (1933-1969) (1989), Demolition Plot J-7 (1990) and Perfect Sound Forever (1991) as well as the single Summer Babe (1991) including B-sides and the Flexidisc -Supplement My First Mine of the 8th edition of Ablaze! Magazine (1991) and My Radio from the sampler Chemical Imbalance Vol. 2, No. 3 (1993).
The songs were recorded at Gary Young's Louder Thank You Think garage studio in Stockton , California .
