Wienskowski (Germanization from Polish Więckowski ), from 1806 partly also from Wienskowski gen. Von Saltzwedel , is the name of a West Prussian noble family with ancestral seat Więckowice in the Poznan Voivodeship , whose direct line of roots is nobilis Wienskowski , landlord on Wusters ; Schlochau district begins around 1526.

history

In 1772 the nobleman and paid homage royal Polish Colonel Karl Gustav von Wienskowski , squire to Wusters, the Prussian King Frederick II. ; Jacob Ludwig von Wienskowski , landlord on Janowice, paid homage to his grandson, the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm III, in 1815 .
