At the European Winter Throwing Cup in 2014, she was third in the U23 classification, as was the case in 2015 in Portugal. This year she celebrated her greatest success to date by winning the gold medal at the U23 European Championships in Tallinn . In 2016 she was fourth in the general class of the Winter thrower cup. In addition, she was eliminated from the qualification at the European Championships in Amsterdam . In 2017 Kolb qualified for the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade and retired there with 17.22 m in the qualification. A few weeks later she was sixth in the throwers' cup in Spain. At the Student World Games in Taipei in August 2017, she reached eighth place with a kicked 16.58 m. The following year she was eighth in the final at the European Championships in Berlin with a shot of 17.50 m.
