Wilhelm Padberg

Wilhelm Padberg (born January 16, 1908 in Berlin , † February 22, 1978 Berlin) was a German CDU politician.

Life

Padberg studied from 1927 to 1931 at the University of Berlin , then state examination . During his studies he was a member of the K.St.V. Semnonia Berlin in the cartel association . Before 1933 he was in the Windthorstbund . In 1939 he was teacher at the Freiherr-vom-Stein-School . In World War II Padberg was from 1940 to 1945 in military service, most recently as lieutenant , then to 1947 in Egypt and England in captivity .

He was director of the Walther Rathenau School from 1952 to 1973.

Padberg was a board member of the Berlin Association of Philologists and a member of the Association of Catholic Educators in Berlin. He was the works council for teachers in Spandau .

From 1948 to 1950 and from 1954 to 1967 Padberg was a member of the Spandau District Assembly , from 1950 to 1954 he was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives .
