Wilhelm Carl Hermann Gustav von Uslar (born December 22, 1847 in Einbeck , † November 30, 1919 in Berlin-Schöneberg ) was a Prussian infantry general .

During his military career in the Prussian Army , Uslar took part in the war against France in 1870/71 and served a. a. from April 1, 1897 to November 19, 1900 as commander of the 5th Guards Regiment on foot . During the promotion to major general Uslar was appointed commander of the 26th Infantry Brigade in Minden on August 18, 1902 . Uslar commanded as Lieutenant General from May 1, 1904 to April 3, 1907 the 34th Division in the fortress Metz and was then appointed governor of the fortress Ulm . In this position Uslar received on March 5, 1908 the character of General of the Infantry. In approval of his resignation request, he was relieved of his post on December 2, 1909 and awarded the Order of the Red Eagle First Class with Oak Leaves and put up for disposal with the statutory pension .
