Willy Petter was an Austrian figure skater who started in pair skating .

Petter competed in pair skating alongside Lilly Gaillard after she broke up with her figure skating partner Otto Kaiser . Petter and Gaillard became Austrian champions in 1931 and 1932 . They won the bronze medal at the European Championships in 1931 and became vice-European champions in 1932 and 1933 . In their only World Cup participation, they missed a medal with fourth place in 1931 . Under the name Will Petter, he took over the Karl-Schäfer-Eisrevue after the Second World War and continued it as the Wiener Eisrevue with his wife.
