Otto Kaiser (* May 8, 1901 , † June 7, 1977 ) was an Austrian figure skater who started in pair skating .

Kaiser competed in pair skating alongside Lilly Scholz . They became Austrian champions for the first time in Vienna in 1924 . In the years 1927 to 1929 they were able to win the national title again.

From 1925 to 1929 Kaiser and Scholz took part in world championships . They always made it to the podium. In 1925 they won the bronze medal, in 1926 , 1927 and 1928 they became vice world champions and finally world champions in Budapest in 1929 . Their main competitors were their compatriots Herma Szabó and Ludwig Wrede and the French Andrée Joly and Pierre Brunet . At the 1928 Olympic Games in St. Moritz , Kaiser and Scholz won the silver medal behind Joly and Brunet.

Kaiser later tried again with Hansi Kast in pair skating, but was far from able to build on the earlier successes. At the World Cup in 1931 , they finished eighth and penultimate place. In 1933 they were third in the national championships.
