Karl Zwack (* 1906 ; † 1983 in New York ) was an Austrian figure skater who started in pair skating .

Zwack competed in pair skating alongside Idi Papez . In 1931 and 1932 they were Austrian runners-up behind Lilly Gaillard and Willy Petter and finally Austrian champions from 1933 to 1935.

Together they took part in five European championships . They finished fifth on their debut in 1930 . They reached the podium in all other participations. In 1932 they won the bronze medal before becoming European champions in London in 1933 . In 1934 and 1935 they won the silver medal.

Zwack and Papez contested three world championships and were always able to place themselves on the podium. When they first participated in Berlin in 1931 they won the bronze medal behind the two Hungarian couples Emília Rotter and László Szollás and Olga Orgonista and Sándor Szalay . In 1933 in Stockholm and 1934 in Helsinki they were runner-up behind Rotter and Szollás.
