Will Sparks is an Australian DJ and music producer from Melbourne .

Career

Sparks was born in Camberwell , Melbourne and grew up from the age of ten with two siblings and his single mother, who is an artist. At the age of eleven, he played the computer game Guitar Hero and then learned to play the guitar properly. He attended Caulfield Grammar School through the eleventh grade and then left without a degree. He has performed successfully as a DJ in Melbourne, Sydney and other cities and also created his own music on his computer at home, which he calls the Melbourne Bounce . He published his self-produced music on the Internet and in the spring of 2013 attracted a lot of attention with his piece Ah Yeah . It came in at number 3 in the worldwide Beatport charts. A remix of Hello by the Stafford Brothers with Lil Wayne and Christina Milian even came at number one and made him known internationally.

Sparks became a resident DJ on Billboard , the largest club in his hometown, and performed in all major clubs in Australia. At the Stereosonic -Festival he was represented next to international stars in all major Australian cities. In the summer of 2013 he started a multi-week tour of 30 cities in the USA. A seven-week tour through Europe followed. He also moved into a residence in Los Angeles . At the beginning of 2014 he was the opening act for the Swedish DJ Avicii in his native Australia. In addition, he released his own singles such as Bring It Back with his friend DJ Joel Fletcher , who also came from Melbourne, and was thus able to place himself in the Australian charts. At the end of 2014 he released his first album, Another Land .
