William Ross (composer)

William Ross (born 1948 in the United States ) is an American composer .

biography

In his childhood, William Ross learned to play the piano. After graduating from school, he studied music and made his debut as a film composer with the television drama Counted Hours staged by Martin M. Speer . Since then he has been responsible for the score for films such as Die kleine Superstrolche , Tin Cup and most recently A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas . At the same time, he also worked on other film scores, including as a conductor recording the soundtrack of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets .

Since April 6, 1981, Ross has been married to Janet Todosychuk, with whom he has two children.
