Vladimir Bogojewski (Cyrillic Владимир Богоевски, born December 1, 1953 in Skopje , Yugoslavia ) is a former Yugoslav volleyball player and current Macedonian volleyball coach.

Career

Wladimir Bogojewski was active as a player in his home country in the 1970s with Vardar Skopje . With the Yugoslav national team he won the bronze medal at the European Championships in 1975 in his own country and in 1979 in France . At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow , he finished sixth. In the 1980s, the universal player played for the German Bundesliga club USC Giessen . He was also one of the first beach volleyball players in Europe and in 1984 he and his German partner Burkhard Sude were one of the first foreigners to take part in the Hermosa Open and the Boulder Open in the USA. Later, Wladimir Bogojewski also worked as a trainer, u. a. 2006/07 at PAOK Thessaloniki .
