Wolf, Bär & Co. is a TV series by NDR that builds on the great success of Elefant, Tiger & Co. and other zoo docu soaps . The series tells stories from the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park .

The 40 episode series offers a look behind the scenes , like its role model Elefant, Tiger & Co., and accompanies veterinarians and carers in their daily work. The actor Josef Tratnik lent his voice to the stories of Wolf, Bär & Co. The episodes were filmed from March to September 2006. Each episode is around 50 minutes long. The series was produced by NDR Naturfilm and Studio Hamburg Documentaries , with Nadja Frenz and Tom Synnatzschke responsible. The editing was done by Holger Hermesmeyer and Ole Kampovski from NDR. The episodes were designed by the authors Heiko De Groot, Michael Kain, Ilka Kettner, Bernd Kosslik, Christina Krätzig, Heike Nikolaus, Dunja Stamer and Thomas Röschner.

The first episode aired on April 10, 2007 and the last episode aired on September 26, 2007.
