Wolfgang Supper (born December 22, 1953 in Empelde ) is a German sculptor .

Born in Empelde in 1953, Supper grew up in Linden , where he attended the Salzmannschule elementary school. He then completed an apprenticeship as a baker in a traditional bakery on Pfarrlandplatz. In addition, he played rugby in his youth at SV Linden 07 - which at that time was still at the Limmer lock - and at TSV Victoria Linden . From 1981 to 1983 Supper also completed an apprenticeship as a sculptor, while he was preparing for a degree on the second educational path in order to study fine art at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1990, where he graduated with a diploma . In the meantime, he had already started working as a freelance artist in 1987.

After Supper had offered various seminars and courses for children and adults from 1989, he began carrying out stone projects at various schools in Hanover in 1992.

From 1994 Supper worked as a freelancer at the Oldenburg factory school, which was organized as an association .

Wolfgang Supper sent his work to numerous exhibitions. Many of his sculptures are privately owned, some in England, France, Belgium, Italy and Sweden. In addition, Supper's works can be found permanently installed in public spaces or, for example, in kindergartens in Godshorn or Altwarmbüchen .

At the beginning of the 21st century, Supper ran a studio at Kötnerholzweg 60A in Hanover.
