Wolfram Nahrath
Wolfram Nahrath (* 1962 ) is a German neo-Nazi cadre and lawyer . Until it was banned in 1994, he was chairman of the Wiking-Jugend and then works for the Heimattreue Deutsche Jugend as well as a member of the right-wing extremist National Democratic Party of Germany (NPD).
Life
He studied law and did his legal clerkship in Berlin . The studied lawyer, who runs a law firm in Berlin , succeeded his father Wolfgang Nahrath and his grandfather Raoul Nahrath as chairman of the Wiking-Jugend . In the NPD, he was elected chairman of the federal arbitration court in 2000.
In front of the Ulrich von Hutten Circle of Friends , Wolfram Nahrath called for "a declaration of honor for the German soldier, which would serve as a beacon for the whole world to bring down the lying image of the alleged crimes of the German Wehrmacht ". Nahrath was also active for the Community of German Women , the Notgemeinschaft für Volkstum und Kultur and the Berlin Cultural Community of Prussia . He spoke at a so-called "Reich Foundation Celebration" of the Brandenburg State Association of the NPD on January 19, 2002.
In 2000 he defended one of the neo-Nazis accused of agitation in Guben before the Cottbus Regional Court . In 2006, Nahrath defended the bandleader of the right-wing extremist banned skinhead music group Race War in front of the Stuttgart district court against allegations of the formation of a criminal organization. He appeared as a speaker at Jürgen Rieger's funeral in 2009 .
In November 2010 it was announced that he should represent the British Bishop of the Pius Brotherhood Richard Williamson against the threat of expulsion from the priestly association. Apparently Williamson broke up with him again under pressure from the Brotherhood.
As a public defender for Ralf Wohlleben, he took part in the so-called NSU trial before the Munich Higher Regional Court . In February 2015, in another criminal case against the former lawyer and Holocaust denier, Sylvia Stolz, he took over the defense.
2016 defended Nahrath the NPD -Politiker Marcel Zech, which for the public showing a anti-constitutional tattoo of sedition has been indicted, and the Pankow NPD Chairman Christian Schmidt , who was on trial for false imprisonment and coercion.
Nahrath announced the birth of his children in the Nordische Zeitung published by Jürgen Rieger .
