Volodymyr Bileka ( Ukrainian Володимир Білека ; born February 6, 1979 in Drohobych ) is a former Ukrainian cyclist .

Bileka began his international career in 2002 with the US Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team . He took part in the Giro d'Italia five times between 2002 and 2005 and 2007 . His best placement was 49th in 2007.

After Bileka ended his contract with Silence-Lotto on May 6 "for personal reasons" in the middle of the 2008 season, it became known that Bileka had tested positive for the blood doping agent EPO in a training check in April. He was therefore banned from the UCI for two years.

After his suspension he joined the Continental Team Amore & Vita-Conad in 2010 and won the Challenge du Prince in 2011 . In 2012 he won the mountain classification of the Tour du Maroc as part of the Turkish team Konya Torku Şeker Spor and ended his career at the end of the season.

In the course of the doping investigation by the Public Prosecutor of Padua at the end of 2014, he was suspected of having been a customer of the controversial sports medicine specialist Michele Ferrari .
