The four-lane US Highway 53 runs from north to south through the area of the Town of Woodmohr. The town is bounded to the north by Wisconsin State Highway 64 and to the northeast by Wisconsin State Highway 124 . In addition, the County Roads C, F, Q and SS run through the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads or partly unpaved roads.
A railway line of the Union Pacific Railroad runs through the Town of Woodmohr for freight traffic from northwest to southeast .
