The World Series of Darts Finals are a Dart Tournament of PDC . It was held for the first time in 2015 . The venue was the Braehead Arena in Glasgow .

format

During the year five different tournaments of the World Series series are held in different countries. The top 4 of the PDC Order of Merit after the world championship and four other top players are entitled to participate. In addition, players from the respective region can qualify for a tournament for each event.

The results of the players in these tournaments are recorded in a separate ranking list in the point system:

The participants in the finals are now determined using the ranking list that exists after the five tournaments. The top 8 are set for the 2nd round, 16 other players play the eight opponents in the 1st round (preliminary round).

The mode in the first two rounds is a best of 11 legs , in the quarterfinals a best of 19 legs and in the semifinals and the final a best of 21 legs .

Prize money

The tournament will pay out a total of £ 155,000 in prize money. The prize money is distributed among the participants as follows:
