Xiang Xudong ( Chinese  项 旭东 , Pinyin Xiàng Xùdōng ; born August 24, 1995 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who has been under contract with KRS Heilongjiang and KRS-ORG Beijing in the Wysschaja Hockey League since 2017 .

Career

Xiang Xudong began his career as a hockey player with the amateur team from Harbin , for which he made his debut in the Chinese league at the age of 16 . In 2017 he was signed by the newly formed team KRS Heilongjiang , with whom he plays in the Wysschaja Hockey League .

In 2018 the club moved to Beijing and was renamed KRS-ORG Beijing .

International

For China, Xiang Xudong took part in the junior division at the U18 World Championship in Division III in 2013 , when, as the tournament's top scorer and preparer, he made a significant contribution to the promotion of the Asians to Division II, as well as the U20 World Championships in Division II in 2014 and Division II 2015 part.

The attacker played with the men's national team for the first time at the 2015 World Cup in Division II, when he was promoted from the B to the A group with the team from the Middle Kingdom. After the team was relegated again in 2016 without him, he was promoted again at the 2017 World Cup . He also represented his colors in the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 .
