Yaco is a town in the La Paz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

Location in the vicinity

Yaco is the central place of the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Yaco in the province of Loayza . The village of Yaco is located in the Serranía de Sicasica at an altitude of 3614  m on the right bank of the Río Yaco , which later flows into the Río Luribay .
