Yasin Islek (actually Yasin İşlek ; born February 8, 1988 in Solingen , Germany ) is a German-Turkish actor and model .

Life

Islek completed his training as a media clerk in 2011. In 2015 he trained as an actor at the Stageschool Salomon Academy in Düsseldorf (Filmschauspielschule Düsseldorf). Islek speaks four languages: English, German, Turkish and Spanish. He is also the CEO of the marketing & media agency Artisdo.

As a child, Islek shot skits in front of the camera. In 2003, at high school doing a sketch in French, he had his first contact with acting. A year later he played a supporting supporting role in Shakespeare's " The Tempest " in a more professional setting . He made his first film experience in the children's book adaptation Vorstadtkrokodile 3 (with Axel Stein, among others ). This made his final decision to start an acting education. Islek has since worked in various cinema and TV productions, including a. he played on Alarm for Cobra 11 alongside Tom Beck & Erdogan Atalay or alongside Almila Bagriacik in 300 Wort Deutsch .

In 2010 he appeared as a model for the first time in a model competition with photo shoot and fashion show in a shopping center (with jury member Jana Ina Zarrella ). There he made his first professional experience in this field and also took second place in the final. Since then he has worked for brands and boutiques such as Jack & Jones , s.Oliver , Adidas , Emilio Adani and many more.
