Ybbsbachamt is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Gresten in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 102 building areas with 29,218 m² and 73 gardens on 93,289 m² in the cadastral community of Ybbsbachamt , in 1989/1990 there were 121 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 254 and in 2009/2010 there were 145 buildings on 275 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 116 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 49 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 104 hectares and 61 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 97 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 61 hectares. The average soil climate in Ybbsbachamt is 27.6 (as of 2010).
