Yi Siling

Yi Siling ( Chinese  易 思 玲 , Pinyin Yì Sīlíng ; * 1989 in Hunan ) is a Chinese sports shooter . She competes in the air rifle discipline .

Yi Siling lives in Hunan and trains in Guang Dong . The left-handed woman who aims with her right eye is trained by Long Shou Bo. She has been shooting since 2003 and has participated in international competitions since 2009. In her first season she achieved top results, such as second place at the World Cup in Beijing and fifth place at the World Cup final in Wuxi . In 2010 she became world champion in 10-meter air rifle shooting at her first world championships in Munich. In addition, she won a World Cup in Fort Benning and was again World Cup second in Beijing. In 2011 she again won the Fort Benning World Cup and the World Cup final in Breslau . In 2012 Yi won the World Cup in Munich , came second in London and third in Milan . The Chinese achieved her greatest success at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she won the first gold medal of the Games with 103.9 in the final after 399 rings and second in qualification ahead of Sylwia Bogacka and Yu Dan .
