Youssouf Ouédraogo (born December 25, 1952 , † November 18, 2017 in Abidjan , Ivory Coast ) was a politician from Burkina Faso .

Ouédraogo was a member of the ruling Congress Party (CDP) . In 1992 he was elected Burkina Faso's first Prime Minister since 1983. Ouédraogo held office from June 16, 1992 to March 22, 1994. In 1999 he was appointed Foreign Minister of the country until he was replaced in June 2007 by Djibril Bassolé . In the same year he was elected as a member of the National Assembly.
