Zachary Todd Kerin (* 13 August 1991 in Columbus , Ohio ) is an American American football poker players. He plays the position of guard for the Tennessee Titans in the National Football League (NFL).

college

Kerin attended the University of Toledo between 2009 and 2013 . After a red shirt year in 2009 , he began playing for the Toledo Rockets in 2010. In his first season he was a substitute for all positions on the offensive line in all twelve Rockets games on the field before he was named a starter in 2011. In his final season, he played mainly on the position of the center .

NFL

After Kerin was not selected in the 2014 NFL Draft , the Minnesota Vikings signed him in May 2014 . He was released on August 30, 2014. A day later, the Vikings signed Kerin for their practice squad . After a change to the position of the guard , he was appointed to the 53-man main squad for the 2015 season . He was released on September 2, 2017. A day later, the Detroit Lions signed Kerin over the waiver . He was placed on the Injured Reserve List on September 30, 2017 .

On July 12, 2018, the New York Giants signed Kerin. As part of the final squad reduction to 53 players before the start of the regular season , he was dismissed. On September 18, 2018, he was signed by the Atlanta Falcons to replace the injured Andy Levitre . He was released on October 23, 2018. On December 4, 2018, the Washington Redskins signed Kerin. With them he came to two appearances in 2018 , on matchday 16 against the Tennessee Titans he even started. On March 19, 2019, the Redskins Kerin signed a new contract. He was dismissed as part of the final squad downsizing before the start of the 2019 regular season.

In the first draft of the re-established XFL , Kerin was selected by the New York Guardians in the fifth round of the second phase (offensive linemen) . He was placed on the Injured Reserve List in late December. On April 29, 2020, the Tennessee Titans signed Kerin. Kerin was released at the end of July 2020. He was signed up again in early August.
