The United Fündling & Dahlacker colliery is a former hard coal mine in Hörde . The colliery emerged around 1822 from a consolidation of the two independent collieries, Fündling and Dahlacker .
Mining history
Commissioning began in May 1822. In the same year a tunnel rose was planted on the Emscher and the Dahlacker tunnel was driven south. The tunnel mouth hole was located at a height of 80 meters above sea level between the two tunnels of the Clarenberg and Fündling collieries. In 1825 the Frederica Friederica tunnel was sunk . In 1829 the colliery was in operation and from 1830 it was put in time limits . From October 1832 alignment was carried out and an artificial shaft for the transition to civil engineering was sunk. The starting point of the shaft was south of the Emscher opposite the Emscher promenade on the current Hoesch site. In 1833 a steam engine was installed at the art shaft for the shaft and the drainage , in that year dismantling was carried out.
In the years 1835, 1838 and 1840 the art shaft and the Friederica shaft were in operation. United Fündling & Dahlacker colliery had a good yield up until 1842 . In 1838 prospecting work was carried out in the "Am Schwaben" field . In 1842 the coal supplies gradually ran out. In October 1843 the mining was stopped and the shafts robbed. In December of the same year the United Fündling & Dahlacker colliery was finally shut down. A length field was awarded on March 7, 1857, and later the right to the Felicitas colliery was added.
advancement
The first known production figures of the mine come from the year 1836, 40,327 ¾ Prussian tons of hard coal were produced . The maximum production of the mine was achieved in 1838, 53,389 ¼ Prussian tons were produced. In 1840 the production sank slightly to 47,394 ¾ Prussian tons of hard coal. The last known production figures of the mine come from 1842, in that year 34,152 Prussian tons of hard coal were produced.

Remarks
- ↑ An entry well , even Stoll bay called, is a light hole was geteuft on a cleat. These shafts are required to support the tunnel operation. (Source: Albert Serlo: Leitfaden der Bergbaukunde. First volume, fourth revised and up to the most recent edition supplemented.)
