The Zeitlbach is an approximately 11 km long left tributary of the Glonn in Upper Bavaria .
The places Oberzeitlbach and Unterzeitlbach where it flows past are named after the stream . The Zeitlbach once served beekeepers (old term: Zeidler ) as a drinking place for wild bees. In a document from the Bishop of Freising from the year 772, Unterzeitlbach is referred to as “Zidalpah”, which means “Bach of the beekeepers”.
